The most interesting place in neighborhood of Tula is the estate of Leo Tolstoy Yasnaya Polyana. Also in the South of Tula are located monuments of Kulikovo Field, where in 14 century was a battle of russian and mongol troops.
The small city of Murom located on the steep bank of the Oka in Vladimir Region doesn’t belong to the cities of the Golden Ring, but is rightly worth visiting. Murom was founded in 862, so it can be referred to the most ancient cities of Russia.

The main city of the Ural Region, Yekaterinburg, is very interesting for visiting. It has both historical and nature sights. The former are mainly related to the family of the last Russian emperor and the latter – with the beauties of the Ural Mountains.
The city of Perm is on the Kama river in the eastern foothills of the Ural Mountains. There are interesting walking routes, as well as museums where you can get acquainted with the history of the Ural and Kama regions.
