10.02.2012 Gastronomic festival opens up in Puerto Rico

Gastronomic festival "Taste of Puerto-Rico" will be held at San Juan (Puerto-Rico) on April 21-22, 2012, reports Geo Meridian portal.

At the Escambron Beach there will be erected 4 pavilions. While the main pavilion will be assigned for degustations and master classes, at the rest three pavilions all comers can taste coffee, beer, alcoholic beverages and desserts. The event will be attended by over 30 local restaurants, as well as well-known experts of Caribbean cuisine from the other islands of the region, including Puerto-Rico cook Augusto Shrainer.

On Saturday, April, 21, Saborea Beach Party will take place at the beach of nearby Caribe Hilton Hotel. The ticket for one day of the festival will cost $99, and the ticket for both days of the festival, including pre-party, will cost $275.
