12.04.2012 "Greek" amusement park opens in Thailand

Santorini Park opening ceremony will take place on the territory of Thailand's resort Cha-Am on May 5 of the current year, reports Geo Meridian portal.

This unusual amusement park is designed in white and blue colours and is a reduced replica of one of the most famous Greek islands - Santorin.

Santorini Park will consist of several theme zones - Park, Village, Rest, Event and Sunday Art Market, - which are decorated by statues, fountains, artificial waterfalls, and a real bell tower. Besides, there will be various attractions, including observation wheel, in the park.

In the Event zone concerts will be given for visitors, and on week-ends in the Sunday Art Market zone there will be the fairs of handicrafts and souvenirs.
