16.04.2012 Wine museum to be opened in Spain

Muscatel museum (El Museo del Moscatel) will be opened in the Spanish town Chipiona located 54 km of Cadiz, reports Geo Meridian portal.

The museum will consist of 6 theme halls where you can know the culture and wine-making history of this township. Besides, you can see the traditional wine-making process reproduced at the open-air site. Also, the visitors will be offered wine degustations and flamenco concerts.

By the way, Chipiona is famous for its muscatel, and every summer (at the end of July – at the start of August) a vintage festival (Fiestas del Moscatel) is held at the town.
