After leaving the Pushkin Museum, cross the street and head to the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour. The Cathedral of Christ the Saviour was built in honor of the victory over Napoleon in 1812. This is the largest Cathedral in Russia. Go inside and admire its beautiful interior and altar. Go down to the Lower temple. then take a walk through the side galleries, where plaques of those who died in the war of 1812 are displayed.
Then go to the pedestrian bridge and enjoy the views of the Moscow river. From the bridge, you can clearly see the Moscow Kremlin, the monument to Peter I, and the large house on the Embankment where the Soviet elite lived under Stalin.
After descending from the pedestrian bridge to the embankment, go towards the Kremlin and pass under the Big stone bridge, climb it and cross the Moscow river on it. The bridge offers one of the most beautiful views of the Moscow Kremlin. The Grand Kremlin Palace and the Kremlin cathedrals are clearly visible. This is where you can take beautiful pictures of Moscow.
From the bridge, turn left on Bolotnaya square and walk through the Park to the pedestrian Luzhky bridge. After crossing it to the other side of the river, follow Lavrushinsky lane to the Tretyakov gallery.
The Tretyakov gallery is perhaps the most interesting for any foreigner, since it is here that you can get acquainted with the paintings of Russian artists.
