The fine art of Ancient Egypt is also of great interest. The principles of the image were developed at the beginning of the Egyptian civilization and then improved all the time. On the walls of temples and tombs, we can see texts in the ancient Egyptian language and paintings.
The greatest interest for all who want to get acquainted with the Egyptian culture is the city of Luxor. The Greeks called it Thebes. The left Bank of the Nile in this city was called the City of the Living. There you can see the two largest temples-the Karnak temple and the Luxor temple. The right Bank was called the City of the Dead. There is the famous Valley of the Kings, where many tombs of the pharaohs have been found, including the Tomb of King Tutankhamun. In addition, on this Bank you need to visit the temples of Hatshepsut, Medinet Abu, Ramesseum, Colossi of Memnon.
Naturally, the symbol of Egyptian culture is the Pyramids at Giza and the Sphinx. Several interesting temples are located in the very South of Egypt. Abu Simbel-the famous temple of the great Pharaoh Ramses II. In Aswan, there is a temple on the island of Philae, and if you sail in ship cruise along the Nile to Luxor, you can see the temples of Kom-Ombo and Edfu.
