The Jermuk Drinking Gallery is located on the shore of the Seven Springs Lake in the place where the largest spring with mineral water was found in the 19th century. A beautiful embankment is made between the gallery and the lake. People take water here, according to doctors` prescriptions, and have a nice time here.
5 types of mineral water with different temperatures from 30 to 53 degrees are served in the Drinking gallery of Jermuk. Well rooms are made in the form of ancient Greek amphorae. The monumental building of the Jermuk Drinking Gallery was built in 1956 by Gevorg Tamayan. He was the son of the famous Armenian architect Alexander Tamayan, who developed the general plan of Yerevan in 1924. Thanks to him, the Armenian capital Yerevan has acquired its modern look.
