Khan’s Waterfall is located on the edge of the Matlas plateau. It is impossible to approach it, but from the Viewing point near the Matlas Mosque it has a very beautiful view. Khan waterfall has two cascades. It is full-flowing in early summer, when the snow melts in the mountains. At this time, he is very impressive.
It is impossible to approach the Khan Waterfall along the lower part of the mountain terrace, since it falls from the plateau onto a mountain ledge with steep edges and a cliff. Then the stream flows into the valley of the Khabdarech River. In winter, the Khan waterfall freezes, turning into an ice stalagmite.
The river that forms the Khan’s Waterfall flows in a narrow crevice near the cliff. It is almost invisible from above. However, here you can walk and see the beautiful scenery of the mountain valleys.
