Pingjiang Road

Though technically classified as a street, Pingjiang Road is in fact the most atmospheric canal in old Suzhou, preserving the city`s Song Dynasty (13th century) charm. This 800-meter waterway with stone embankments and ancient houses is UNESCO-listed as part of Suzhou`s Classical Gardens.
