Van Hogue Museum in Amsterdam photo

Van Hogue Museum would be interesting even for those who aren’t lovers of art. It contains the world`s largest collection of canvases painted by the famous Van Hogue, which was the founder of a new painting trend called post-impressionism. Totally, there are over 200 pictures and several hundreds of drawings in the collection. The major part of them was given by the nephew of this great Dutch painter.

There are also many early pictures of Van Hogue, such as «Potato Eaters», in addition to his most famous canvases – «Sunflowers», «Irises», and many other pictures.
