Trout farm Glavryba in Sulak Canyon

In the village of Novo-Zubutli near the Miatlinskaya HPP there is a Trout Farm Glavryba with a huge restaurant. It is a great addition to visiting the canyon, and even a local attraction. After visiting the Sulak Canyon, you definitely need to have dinner here.  

Some people come to this restaurant on purpose. It consists of a closed pavilion and a summer outdoor veranda, which is located directly above the Sulak River. In summer, there are so many people who want to sit on this veranda that sometimes there are queues.   

Glavryba is not only a restaurant. An extensive entertainment complex with attractions for children has been created here. On the lake you can see how trout are bred. If desired, you can take a fishing rod to catch fish yourself, which will then be prepared for you.
