Tskaltubo Park occupies a large part of the city center. In the park, there is a monumental building of the Spring No. 6 with therapeutic radon water, and sanatoriums and hotels are located around the park. In length, the territory of the Tshaltubo Resort Park reaches 1.7 kilometers.
The balneological resort of Tskaltubo is located among the hills of the Samgural ridge. Like the whole of Georgia, it is protected by the Main Caucasian Ridge from cold northern winds, while the hilly terrain contributed to the formation of a mild subtropical climate.
Thanks to this climate, a large number of plants and flowers of subtropical climate have been planted in Tskaltubo Park. Sycamores, eucalyptus and pine trees predominate among the trees. Recreation areas have been created in many parts of the park. In some places of the Tskaltubo Park, baths with flowing radon water from underground sources have been preserved.
