The Universal Mind art object is located in the center of the Nikola-Lenivets Art Park. This is the largest art object in the park. It occupies an area of more than 1 hectare. It was created by the artist Nikolai Polissky in 2012. He is the founder of the art park, who created three of the most famous art objects: the Lighthouse, the Universal Mind and Beaubourg. They have become symbols of Nikola-Lenivets Park.

In the center of the Universal Mind art object is a podium. A huge human brain is entwined there from a wooden chain. It is 500 meters from the road where you can park your car. Then you need to go along the path. Near the "brain" begins an alley of 42 wooden columns that resemble rockets. According to the idea of Nikolai Polissky, these "rockets" can be both receivers and transmitters of information and energy. They pick up information from space and transmit it back.

Visitors can go inside the Universal Mind art object to see from the inside the circuits depicting the convolutions of the brain. In the following years, several other small art objects appeared around: a double-headed eagle, a House above the Forest, and others. If you go further along the field, you can approach the high bank of the Ugra River. There are several other art objects in the forest, and there is also a path where you can go down to the river.
