Ascension Church in Kalyazin

The Ascension Church of Kalyazin is located near Karl Marx Street. It is built in the style of Peter the Great Baroque. Currently, the church and the surrounding area are undergoing active reconstruction. In 2009, a monument to Prince Mikhail Skopin-Shuisky was erected next to it, in memory of the events of the Time of Turmoil.
