Fig Beach is one of the most picturesque beaches not only on Cape Aya, but also in the whole Crimea. It has a small size, literally 50 meters in length, but tourists come here not only to swim. Here you can walk through the picturesque juniper and pine groves to enjoy the beauty of the protected nature of the Crimean Mountains.

Fig Beach is the most remote from Balaklava of all the beaches on Cape Aya. It is located 6 kilometers from Balaklava Bay. Silver Beach is 3 km away and Golden Beach is 4.5 km away. Further is only the Jasper beach at Cape Fiolent (13 km), but you need to run by boat to it in the other direction.

There is no infrastructure on Fig Beach. This is an absolutely wild beach among rocks. On the western side, two huge stones, similar to rocks, rise above it. They are called Fig Stone and Wild Stone. You can climb them to see the beautiful scenery of the rocky coast of Cape Aya. Among vacationers, the Fig Stone is often called "Ass", since a crack in the middle of the stone makes it very similar to a buttock with a buttock fold.

If you go east from Fig Beach, then 200 meters away is Commander`s Beach, which is more often called Naked Beach. When approaching this beach, there are many inscriptions on stones "Naked Beach", "Nudist beach", "18+", so that people with young children refrain from going to it. Naturism lovers swim here on a small beach among the rocks.

A few years ago, all the beaches of Cape Aya were a favorite place for lovers of camping. There were especially many of them near Fig Beach, as there are large spaces among juniper and pine forests where they could set up tents. With the tightening of the protected regime at Cape Aya, living in tents is now strictly prohibited there.

Employees of the reserve are on duty near Fig Beach in summer, who stop attempts to put up a tent, a fine may be imposed for violation. As for people who come to the beaches and protected areas of Cape Aya with day hikes, there are no restrictions in this.
