Kazan Embankment in Tula is one of the most beautiful art spaces in the city. It is located at the foot of the wall of the Tula Kremlin, near the Upa River. It is wrong to call this area simply the embankment. This is a park area between the Kremlin and the river, where people can spend a good time.
