Kinchkha Waterfalls are located 7 kilometers north of Okatse Canyon and 50 kilometers from Kutaisi. It is better to combine waterfalls and canyon during one trip. If you want to take a leisurely walk in the vicinity of both locations and swim in natural pools near waterfalls, then you can stay in the surrounding villages for the night.

Before reaching 2 kilometers to the village of Zeda Kinchhi, at the fork you need to turn left to the small village of Kinchhaperdi. This road rises with a rather steep slope upwards. After 1 kilometer on the left side you will see a sheer cliff from which two jets of the Big Kinchkha Waterfall fall. At the foot of this rock flows the Okatse River. Parking for cars is located on the road, at a distance of 530 meters from the waterfalls.

The large Kinchkha Waterfall has two streams. During the spring flood, there are more of these jets, but the rest of the year, there are only two. They fall from a height of 100 meters, so the Kinchkha Waterfalls can be called one of the highest in Georgia. Streams of water fall into the stone scree and then cascade down the stones from a height of 20 meters. A natural swimming pool has been formed near the stone scree in the limestone rocks, where you can swim.

If you go to the left from the Big Kinchkha Waterfall, then you will see the Small Kinchkha Waterfall from above. The Okatse River falls from a small cliff down. There are also several more natural pools where you can swim. After that, you will need to walk along the river to the right of the Big Kinchkha Waterfall 200 meters. Here you will see another small canyon with small waterfalls and natural pools.

Not far from this place, the ruins of the Princely baths of Dadiani have been preserved. Their summer estate was located near Okatse Canyon. Now tourists go to the canyon through the park of their estate. Only ruins have been preserved from the estate itself. Princes went to the waterfalls of Kinchha to swim on hot summer days.
