The port of Paphos is the most popular place for evening walks. Yachts, boats and excursion boats are moored here. The medieval Paphos Castle towers over the entrance to the harbor.
The length of the harbor of the old port of Paphos is 300 meters. Restaurants and taverns are located close to each other throughout these 300 meters. In the evening, they put up stalls with fresh fish. All tourists who are vacationing in Paphos, like to come here to have dinner on the waterfront.
From the old port of Paphos, the Promenade of Paphos stretches for several hundred meters to the east. Palm trees are planted here, benches are installed so that it is pleasant to walk and enjoy the fresh breeze from the sea. To the west of the Port of Paphos stretches the territory of the Archaeological Park of Kato Paphos. It is surrounded by a fence, however, along the sea there is a path so you can walk along the seashore.
