The Tchaikovsky Memorial House is located on Grecheskaya Street near the Stone Staircase. This is a fairly large house, but the residents of Taganrog call it a " Small House". It is built on the edge of a cliff above the sea shore, where the Pushkin Embankment passes. This is the historical center of the city.
