The Simeiz Park is located in the central part of the Simeiz resort, to the east of the Panea Rock. It descends the mountain slope from the Cypress Alley to the Simeiz Beach. The curved trunks of junipers, pines and other drought-resistant trees look here very beautiful.

If you look at the city from the Diva Rock now, you can see that all its buildings are covered with greenery of park areas. However, photos from the beginning of the 20th century show that there are practically no trees on a vast area of land near the Panea rock. The Maltsev brothers, who owned land in Simeiz, sold plots for the construction of summer villas. Near the rock of Panea, they decided to plant a park on 10 hectares.

Pine and juniper trees have perfectly taken root on the arid slopes of Simeiz, and now trees grow throughout the central part of the resort. The upper part of the park overlooks the flat surface where the cottages were located. At the entrance to the Simeiz Park, the Maltsevs built a small summer pavilion. At the beginning of the 20th century, wisteria was planted in front of it, which now looks like an ancient tree. In spring, it is all covered with beautiful blue flowers.

In 1927, an alley of several dozen pyramidal cypresses was planted in front of the park, which a century later became huge trees. The Cypress Alley in front of Simeiz Park is a favorite place for evening walks.

Junipers and pines predominate in the Simeiz Park, although in the 20th century many deciduous trees were also planted here: oaks, jasmine, yews, palm trees and many others. Cedars were planted near the shore more than a century ago. Now they have grown to huge sizes.

A bust of Lenin is installed on a small hill near the Panea rock. In the center of Simeiz Park there is a Park hotel and a famous restaurant Barashki. There is a Hedgehogs restaurant near the Cypress Alley in the park. During the day it works like a restaurant, and at night it is a gay club.
