Volga Park is located on the Volga embankment of Rybinsk. It stretches along the Volga for 1.2 kilometers. There are walking paths among the trees, art objects and an exhibition of military equipment. Both locals and tourists come here to walk.

Volga Park is separated from the main area of the Volga Embankment by the complex of the Northern Water Utility. Its territory stretches for 400 meters. If desired, walks along the Embankment and in the Volga Park can be combined, but you will have to bypass the Water Utility. There is a play area in the Volga Park, where there are many different playgrounds for children. There is an open stage for concerts and performances nearby.

In the western part of the park there is a memorial dedicated to the Combat and labor exploits of the Rybinsk people in 1941-45. The monument is dedicated to the WWII. There is a monument to General Pavel Batov, originally from Rybinsk in front of it. Guns and tanks are installed on the sides of the monument. Military equipment can be seen in other parts of the Volga Park.

The embankment in the Volga Park stretches from the monument "Border Post" to the Palace of Sports. There is a main city beach with a length of 800 meters. The beach is covered with sand, and the water of the Volga is quite clean, so in summer many people come here to swim.
