Crocodile Rock is located in the most beautiful place on Cape Tarkhankut. The distance from Cape Big Atlesh, where you can park a car, to the Crocodile Rock is 1.1 km. The Crocodile Rock is really similar in shape to the crocodile`s nose. In this rock there is a through cave, similar to the "crocodile`s eye".
The walking route from Big Atlesh to the Cup of Love is 2.2 kilometers. Crocodile Rock is located exactly in the middle of this trail. The rock looks very beautiful from both sides. The height of the shore in these places is about 40 meters.
The Crocodile Rock protrudes 50 meters into the sea. At the top of the rock there is a path where you can go down to the through cave. There are similar caves in Cyprus in the Kavo Greco National Park, but Sea Caves and arches are smaller there. On Tarkhankut, arches and grottoes have huge dimensions. The height of the "eye" on the Crocodile Rock exceeds human height.
