The Cup of Love is one of the most famous attractions of Cape Tarkhankut. It is located 2.2 kilometers from Cape Big Atlesh, where you can park your car. It is better to walk further to see all the beauty of the rocky shore of Cape Tarkhankut.

The height of the coastal cliffs of Big Atlesh and Small Atlesh on average reaches 40 meters. They descend straight into the sea like a sheer wall, but behind Cape Small Atlesh, the height of the rocks decreases sharply. Here begins a rocky shore near the water level. The Cup of Love is among these stones. The height of the shore here is about 15 meters. You can go down to the Cup of Love from it along two paths.

The Cup of Love at Cape Tarkhankut is a large font with a diameter of 20 meters, filled with sea water. Water from the sea enters it through an underground tunnel 6 meters long. Next to the large Cup there is another small cavity with water. An arch rises above the passage into this cavity, where you can swim.

There are various legends about the Cup of Love. Traditionally, couples in love should join hands and jump into the Cup of Love. If they do not open their hands during the jump, then after bathing in the cup they will love each other for a long time and nothing will be able to separate them.
