5 kilometers from the village of Terskol is a Glade of Narzan mineral water. This is a 3 km long valley along the Baksan riverbed, with natural Narzan springs. The sign for it is located on the main road. You need to cross the river, and then walk another 200 meters from the Parking lot.

The Narzan Glade is not yet equipped. There is a pipe where the main spring of Narzan is located. It pours natural Narzan water under quite a lot of pressure. Narzan contains a lot of iron, so the earth and stones around the source are painted in a bright red color.

It is believed that Narzan water is formed due to the melting of Elbrus glaciers. After you have pour Narzan, you need to drink it, since during storage, the iron settles, and the water becomes undrinkable.
