Suleiman Stalsky Park is located in the center of Derbent. This is a small square planted with trees. It is one of the most favorite places for evening walks of residents and guests of Derbent. There are many interesting places in the immediate vicinity of Stalsky Park.

From the north there is a Large Nizami Ganjavi Park, which is separated from Suleiman Stalsky Park by the Northern fortress wall of Derbent. In 2021, a complete reconstruction of Nizami Park was made, and now they, together with Stalsky Park, form the main park area in the center of Derbent.

From the Caspian Sea, the largest restaurant in Derbent, Khayal, adjoins the Stalsky Park. There is very tasty Oriental cuisine here and there are always a lot of people. Many visitors recognize it as one of the best in the city. The Derbent Lighthouse towers over the restaurant. It was built in 1851, by order of the governor of the Caucasus, Prince Vorontsov. The Derbent Lighthouse was built on the Northern fortress Wall. It is considered a monument of Derbent, but it is impossible to approach it, since it is squeezed by dense urban development.

From the south side of Stalsky Park, you can go to Mirza Kazi-Bek Lane. In 2019, it became completely pedestrian, a beautiful art space was created here. The lane was named "The Street of Happy People", as many residents and guests of Derbent come here to have a good time.
