Larch Park is located near the Rauschen Water tower. Tall larch trees have been growing here on a small area for several centuries. There are walking paths and benches among them.

In the center of the Park there is a sculpture "Water Carrier" (Wasserträgerin) by the famous German sculptor Hermann Brachert. He was born in Stuttgart, but lived most of his life in East Prussia. The sculpture was installed in the Park in 1944. Its original is now stored in the house-Museum of the sculptor in Otradnoye, and a copy made by sculptors from the Hermitage museum was installed in this place.

On the side of Oktyabrskaya street, opposite the main entrance with sphinxes to the Larch Park, there is a building of the former Kurhaus, the center of social life of the resort District. Now it houses the 14th building of the Military Sanatorium.

In some parts of the Park, large wooden houses (2 or 3 floors) have been preserved since Prussian times, which are now also part of a military sanatorium. On the side of Resort street, near Larch Park, there is an entrance to the Organ hall.
