Divnomorskoe resort in Gelendzhik

The small resort of Divnomorskoe is the nearest suburb of Gelendzhik. It is located a 20-minute drive from the center of Gelendzhik, at the mouth of the Mezyb river. On the left side of the riverbed is a private residential sector, and on the right side of the river is a large Park and sanatorium of the Russian Navy.

Divnomorsk is visited by tourists who love the resort atmosphere of a small village. Gelendzhik, despite the very comfortable conditions of rest, is still a city. The large Park of the military sanatorium is planted with pitsunda pines, which create a special flavor in the streets of this small village.

The beaches in Divnomorskoe are pebbly, however, the pebbles are flat, and so it is quite comfortable to lie on it. The water here is very clean, although on the beach near the mouth of the river Mezyb it is almost fresh. The length of Divmomorsky beach is 700 meters, and in some places, the width reaches 40 meters. Cafes, restaurants and other entertainment facilities located near Seafront and along the street Lenin.

Lovers of a secluded holiday prefer to go along the rocky coast towards the villages of Dzhankhot and Praskoveyevka. There, along the coast stretches a low mountain ridge Tyaptakh. At the very edge of the water, there is a small strip of stone beach and up rises a sheer cliff, in some places overgrown with pine trees.
