The Kremlin embankment is one of the most beautiful sights of Kazan. It is very pleasant to spend an evening here, strolling among the restaurants on the Kazanka river embankment.
The Kremlin embankment begins near the walls of the Kazan Kremlin and stretches 1.2 km to the Kazan Millennium Museum. Near the Kremlin on the embankment there are many entertainment attractions and places where it is interesting to spend time with children. There are also many restaurants of different levels.
At the foot of the Kremlin hill, in a short distance from the water is located the Palace of Farmers. It is the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, but it looks like as the Vienna Hofburg. The blue dome of the restored Kazan Cathedral rises above the Palace of Farmers.
In the evenings, various sports or cultural events are often held here. There are separate wide paths for pedestrians and for biking or roller skating.
